Knowledge of International Marine Laws

Knowledge of Port restrictions
Knowledge of Vessel vetting process
Knowledge of Marine and Land transport market
Bunker market knowledge
Computer Skills - (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Research & Analysis
