Our company searching for repair team. For our team we need next spesialists: automation engineer, electrical engineer, turbocharger engineer, diesel engine engineer, motormen, fitters.
All should be experienced on board the LNG/LPG vessels or tanker vessels. Ready for frequent travels as the member of afloat (voyage) repair and maintenance team. Actual seamen passport and certificates required.
The repair team is focused for main engine and diesel generators overhauling and malfunctions troubleshooting of MAN / B&W and Wartsila brands.
Requiremennts regarding necessary experience for the applicants:
1. Preferably practical experience with Main Diesel Engine MAN B&W ME-C series, i.e. general overhaul: piston removal, cylinder cover, exhaust valve, chain tightener maintenance;
(As example: MAN B&W 6S70ME-C or other cylinder bore).
2. Experience with Fuel Booster, FIVA Valve maintenance on ME-C engines.
3. Main Engines Turbochargers Model: TCA66-2009 overhaul, maintenance.
3. Practical experience with maintenance of Diesel-Generator Model: STX or Hyundai 7-9L 32/40, i.e. general overhaul, honing of the liners, major components defect analysis.
4. 7-9L 32/40 D/G Turbochargers Model: NR29S and/or NR34 overhaul, maintenance experience.
5. For Fitters not less than 3 years electric arc/gas/argon welding and lathe machine experience on board preferably gas/oil tankers.
