Experienced as a Sous Chef working with passengers o/b of 40+.
Confident and experienced in baking, breads, desserts.
Experience working under a head chef and within a galley team.
Experienced in menu creation for a variety of dietary requirements.
Great organizational skills - stock management and rotation.
Keeps a clean and organized workspace and ensures work and food storage areas are kept organized and hygienic.
USA C1/D Visa and Fluent English are required
