Job description

Daily visual check and technical test of all internet related systems onboard
Uploading daily program to the guests and change movies
To be present in the Reception area for the guests who have issues with connecting their devices to the Wi-Fi
To be the support for the guests in any IT related issues which may come up
Weekly update check on workstations
Weekly test start on the iridium and make visual checks of the antennas onboard
Creating Wi-Fi accounts for the new joining officers
To be the contact person of the internet provider company onshore
Maintenance of the audio-video systems onboard (Including TV – to set the correct beam)
To keep track of the password and IP list onboard
In case necessary to switch lock beams or types of connections – 4G, C Band, Ku Band)
